Fund Description
Co-founded by Torrey and Chanel Smith, LEVEL82 leads with the pillars of Leadership, Education, Vision, Effort, and Love. LEVEL82 strives to create a gathering space for those who live, work and play in Baltimore City while developing strategically-curated programming to empower the community. Aligned with the mission to leverage the power of collaboration to enable families to reach their full potential, Torrey and Chanel bring their personal experiences, commitment, resources, and passion to the community. LEVEL82 works to create a more equitable society that everyone deserves. The Tevin Jones Scholarship Fund was created in honor of Torrey’s late brother, Tevin ‘Chris’ Jones who died in a motorcycle accident in September of 2012. Through this fund, Smith annually awards four deserving area high school seniors with scholarship funds for a total of $10,000 spread out over four years to help aid the cost of higher education. Your donation to the LEVEL82 Fund, housed at the Baltimore Community Foundation, will go directly to the Tevin Jones Scholarship.
