Fund Description
The purpose of the fund shall be to provide an annual award of at least $10,000 to a deserving female student graduating from Western High School in Baltimore, Maryland and to renew the award for up to three additional years provided the student continues to meet the selection criteria. Preference shall be given to prior year recipients during the selection process. It is the intent of the Founder that the School will nominate candidates who will compete for the scholarship and that the Baltimore Community Foundation or its designee, will award the scholarship based on the established selection criteria.
