Fund Description
The Stephanie Jackson Advancing Women in Leadership Fund honors the inspiring and impactful legacy of Stephanie Jackson, by supporting women in finding their voices, expanding their influence, strengthening their leadership, and advancing their careers. Stephanie left our world on February 7th, 2023, two days before her 40th birthday, after a 3-year fight against brain cancer, during which she showed incredible grace, strength and determination. The most loving mother, she left behind her three children Eliot McIntyre, Camille Diane and Leon William. A devoted wife to Dan Jackson of nearly 9 years, they shared a life filled with an immeasurable amount of joyful memories. Stephanie embodied the word selfless and there won’t be a single moment where she won’t be immensely missed. Our hearts were touched by an angel while she was here with us and we know she will continue displaying her love from beyond.  She selflessly volunteered at soup kitchens during holidays, aided hurricane relief organizations, and generously contributed to causes close to her heart. Her remarkable brain donation to Harvard Medical Research demonstrated her profound appreciation for the exceptional teams at Duke University and Wake Forest Baptist Cancer Center, whose efforts remarkably extended her life. Her life’s passion was hospitality, and through her incredible 20-year career she touched the lives of many.  She launched the first-ever Advancing Women in Leadership program in her role as the Director of Learning & Development for Union Square Hospitality Group in New York City. She passionately advocated for this program and worked tirelessly to successfully launch and lead the program. Stephanie went on to lead Global Leadership Development for Tiffany and Co. and then became the Chief People Officer for Aurify, even further expanding her incredible influence and impact advancing more women in leadership. This fund is made possible by generous donations from friends and family and we are deeply grateful to them for allowing us the privilege to honor Stephanie’s rich legacy to Advance Women in Leadership.
