The Quality of Life Giving Circle is a diverse community of people who pool their resources, time, enthusiasm, and money to address quality of life issues facing Baltimore City. The Giving Circle does this by gathering contributions, educating its members about quality of life issues and philanthropy, and developing ways to identify and support organizations and programs that may not be well known but have a substantial effecty by doing a lot with a little.
