Purpose
Donor and/or one or more advisors named in the attached Exhibit A may from time to time make recommendations to the Community Foundation for one or more distributions to qualified recipients for charitable purposes that are consistent with the Community Foundation's mission. If there are more than one Donor/Advisor listed, then the Community Foundation may rely upon the recommendation of any one of them regarding distributions.
