Purpose
The Lowell Driver Woods & Whitetail Scholarship was established for Sanilac County graduating seniors who show a passion for natural resources as a hobby or a career. Lowell Driver was a successful businessman whose passion was bow hunting and all things outdoors, especially scouting whitetail deer in his Sanilac County woods. In his wildlife pursuits, he dedicated much of his time to land restoration, wildlife management, and ecology. Preference is given to graduates who demonstrate a strong interest and involvement in the outdoors.
