Purpose
Established through the Michigan Community Foundation’s Youth Project and supported by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, this fund is administered by the Lapeer County Youth Advisory Committee (YAC). The fund empowers local youth in grades 7–12 to learn about philanthropy, assess community needs, and recommend grants that benefit young people across Lapeer County.
