Created in memory of Dr. Herbert M. Best by the Lapeer County Medical Society, this fund provides scholarships to Lapeer County students who are in at least their second year of college pursuing a pre-science or medical professional career such as medicine, dentistry, nursing, physician assistant studies, or related health fields.
