The mission of The North East Community Foundation is to assist a diverse group of donors in improving the quality of life in and around North East, Pennsylvania. We make sure each donor’s philanthropic interests are carried out in a professional and timely manner through the creation and administration of flexible, permanent endowments.

The North East Community Foundation remains dedicated to our mission of assisting donors in improving the quality of life in and around North East, only now we have help on the investment and development side thanks to our affiliation in 2001 with The Erie Community Foundation. This agreement provides the NECF with the investment and development expertise of a $400 million foundation without sacrificing any control over how our funds are distributed.
