Cass City Promise Endowment

The Cass City Promise Endowment Fund was established to inspire and support a community-wide commitment to postsecondary education—whether through college, trade school, or other credentialed pathways—for every Cass City High School graduate. Through the Children’s Savings Account program (Red Hawk Nest Egg) and the scholarship initiative (Red Hawk Flight), the Promise provides both early encouragement and meaningful financial assistance. Gifts to this fund help sustain the program, advance its mission, and support special incentives that promote student success. The Cass City Promise is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and the Community Foundation is proud to support its work by holding the program’s endowment. The long-term goal of the endowment is $625,000, a level that will allow the fund to generate approximately $25,000 in annual support in perpetuity for the students of Cass City, ensuring the Promise continues for generations to come.
