The Mike Stevens Scholarship was established in Mike's memory, by his family and coworkers at the Sanilac County Department of Health and Human Services. Eligible students must have a minumum GPA of 2.0 and demonstrated the desire and determination to meet and overcome personal/family challenges or obstacles while achieving his/her educational goals.
