Evan Lee Dame Memorial Fund
Purpose
The Evan Lee Dame Memorial Fund is to honor Evan’s memory as an athlete and student of the Wayland School District. Eligibility Requirements: - Student must be a graduate or graduating senior of Wayland High School. - Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. - Student must have participated in four years of athletics. - Student must provide one letter of recommendation from a teacher and one letter of recommendation from a coach. - Student must demonstrate community involvement through non-academic school activities, volunteer work, or work experience. - Student will be evaluated on essay content.
