Delton Area Rotary Club Scholarship - DKEF
Purpose
The Delton Area Rotary Club was founded on the motto of “Service above Self” and developed this scholarship fund to reward students who demonstrate a strong commitment to community service as well as leadership skills. The purpose of the scholarship is to provide 2 non-renewable scholarships to graduating Delton-Kellogg students (1 for a student going to a college/university and 1 for a student going to voc/tech school). Scholarship will be used to reimburse students for books and supplies necessary for post-secondary education. Eligibility Criteria: - Student must be a graduating senior of Delton Kellogg High School. - Student must display a strong commitment to the Delton community. - Student will be evaluated on leadership skills. - Student must provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher. - Student will be evaluated on essay content.
