Stuart & Pauline Clement Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund

Purpose

The Fund shall be used for support of the Stuart & Pauline Clement Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund and/or related educational purposes as approved from time to time by the Foundation, under this Agreement, and as otherwise provided in this Agreement. The selection of Stuart & Pauline Clement Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund recipients and related procedures are set forth in the attached document, Procedures for Administration of the Stuart & Pauline Clement Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund (“Procedures”).
