The fund was established by the Board of Directors of the Ripley County Community Foundation to promote and expand the educational attainment of Ripley County residents. To align with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, in partnership with Southeastern IN YMCA, Batesville Memorial Public Library, Milan/Osgood Public Library, and Tyson Library.
