Support Affordable Housing: Donate to the Fountain Street Fund

The Fountain Street Fund supports the development of Fountain Street, a 40-unit affordable apartment community in St. Helena and the city's largest affordable housing development in more than 30 years.

The Fountain Street Fund collects charitable contributions to help finance the construction of Fountain Street, a new affordable housing community being developed through a partnership between Our Town St. Helena and Burbank Housing. Located within walking distance of St. Helena High School and nearby employers and services, the development will provide 39 affordable apartments and one on-site manager's unit for households earning between 30% and 80% of Napa County's Area Median Income.

All gifts to the Fountain Street Fund are held by Napa Valley Community Foundation and granted to Our Town St. Helena to support the development of the Fountain Street affordable housing project.
