Purpose
Ronald R. Miller Scholarship grew out of the success of the Cole Collection Project. The Collection (a curated fund raising event) is the work of Ron's daughter Megan Rockey and the family. Ron's life was set onto a great path by the influence of his high school principal. The Fund celebrates Ron's memory through renewable scholarships for students who have been the care of Allen County Children's' Services. Students may pursue college degrees, vocations training, or certificate programs.
