Annual income from the fund will be granted to the designated organizations and purposes in the proportions indicated as follows: 20% Allen County Humane Society, Lima, OH. (Unrestricted purposes). 20% Park District Foundation of Allen County, Lima, OH for Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District: (Unrestricted purposes). 20% Allen County Historical Society, Lima, OH. (Unrestricted purposes). 40% A scholarship fund for full-blooded Certified Native Americans.
