Purpose
This scholarship was established to honor the lives of Debra Jennings and Ashley (Jennings) Macklin, two Lima City School teachers who gave their all to their families, their friends, the school district and their students. The purpose of this endowment shall be to provide financial assitance for a promising student(s) seeking higher/post-secondary education at a fully acredited institution.
