Purpose
Riverpark Coalition is a grassroots, non-profit organization based in Long Beach, California. Our primary mission is to advocate for park equity and environmental justice, particularly in the western parts of Long Beach, a region identified as the "Diesel Death Corridor" due to its high levels of industrial pollution and a severe lack of green space. Our advocacy is rooted in the principle that all people and communities have the right to a clean and safe environment, regardless of their zip code.
