Linc Housing Corporation Mission Fund
Purpose
One of California’s most experienced nonprofit affordable housing developers, Linc Housing is recognized for our commitment to thoughtful design, high-quality management, and resident-focused services. We create affordable housing and provide life-enhancing services for low-income families, seniors and special needs populations, like people who were formerly unhoused and veterans. Our work has been recognized nationally, such as being named one of Affordable Housing Finance’s Top 50 developers of 2024 and 2025. Since our founding in 1984, we have developed 100+ affordable communities totaling more than 10,000 homes. In our hometown of Long Beach, we operate over 300 units, and plan to add nearly 250 more in coming years. Our services division, initiated in 2004, helps improve household stability and quality of life by addressing social, educational, financial, and healthcare needs through a mix of workshops, one-on-one support, and partnerships with community organizations, empowering residents to take meaningful steps toward stability and self-sufficiency. Through our Welcome Home program, we provide households exiting homelessness with all the essentials to make their new apartment a home and start their journey toward housing stability. We’re not just building housing with services; we’re changing the trajectory of people’s lives and the neighborhoods in which they live.
