Established by her loving family to provide a scholarship to a Sault Area High School senior who is compassionate, resilient, hardworking, and actively involved in academics, athletics, and extracurricular activities within the school or community. Above all else, the recipient must be kind. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

To provide a scholarship to a Pickford High School graduating senior who is attending a Michigan accredited college, university, trade or vocational school and is at least pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Barbeau Lions Club Scholarship

Established to provide a scholarship to a Chippewa County graduating senior or GED recipient who plans to attend a vocational, trade or community college. Community service and extracurricular activities are required.

Bertha V. Knox Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund

Established to provide a scholarship(s) to graduating females from Sault Area High School who epitomize the values of young womanhood.

Brimley Lions Club Scholarship Endowment Fund

Established to provide a scholarship to a Brimley High School graduate that is in the top 1/3 of their class and has a financial need.

Charles A. Pennington Memorial Scholarship

Established to provide a scholarship to a graduating senior from Pickford High School who has demonstrated financial need and is attending a trade or vocational school.

Chippewa, Luce & Mackinac Conservation District Scholarship

Established to provide a scholarship to graduating seniors. 1 from each county - Chippewa, Luce and Mackinac. Chosen career path must be in agriculture or natural resources. This scholarship is also available to college students pursuing a career in agriculture or natural resources.

College Mutual Benefit Scholarship Endowment Fund

Established to provide a scholarship to a graduating senior from Sault Area High School who completed the 12 basic academic requirements and has a 2.5 GPA.

Denny Holdsworth " Work Hard" Scholarship

This scholarship is for a Brimley student who is attending a 2 or 4 year vocational or trade school with an identified career path in CTE.

Dorothy Wilson Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund

Established to provide a scholarship to a graduating senior from Brimley High School who is active in community service and has demonstrated financial need

Doug and Jean Batho Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund

Established to provide a scholarship to a graduating senior from Pickford High School who is pursuing a secondary education.

Drake DePaul Memorial Scholarship Fund

Established by his loving family and community to provide a scholarship to a graduating senior from Cedarville or DeTour High Schools who embody the characteristics of Drake and have 2.50 GPA.

Ed Hank Memorial Music Scholarship Endowment Fund

Established to provide music scholarships for students needing lessons, attending camps etc.

Elks Lodge #552 Donald Christie Youth Committee Endowment Fund

Established to provide a scholarship to a graduating senior of Sault Area High School who has resided in the area for at least 4 years, plans on pursuing a secondary education and has a 2.50 GPA.

Emily and Frank Smiddy STEM Scholarship

Established to provide a scholarship to a graduating senior from any Chippewa County High School as well as Les Cheneaux High School who is pursuing a degree in one of the STEM Fields.

EUP Promise Zone Scholarship Fund

Established to provide a scholarship to all 2026 graduates and beyond ( up to 5 years past their graduation date) who are attending Bay Mills Community College or Lake Superior State University. Graduate must live in the EUPISD Service Area.
