Purpose
This fund provides scholarships to one or more individuals who are enrolled in a post-secondary educational program, course, or course of study which focuses on the physical, psychological or financial protection and wellbeing of the elderly. Eligibility shall be limited to individuals who live or work in Schuylkill County or who are graduates of a Schuylkill County high school.
