Community Collaboratives - ACLAMO Pottstown Center Repair

Community Collaboratives bring together local organizations, leaders, and residents to address shared challenges and create community-led solutions. From Feb. 1 through April 30, 2026, gifts to this fund will support ACLAMO’s Pottstown Center at 515 Walnut St. through PRCF’s ACLAMO Community Giving Campaign. Your donation will be collected and disbursed by PRCF to help cover roughly $31,000 in uninsured, weather-related repair costs from last spring’s storm damage, with a focus on completing remaining roof work and other critical building repairs so this essential community hub can continue serving Latino families across Western Montgomery County. When you give, you help protect a safe, functional space where residents access education, health connections, social services, and food pantry support, strengthening the network of care our community relies on.

The Diana Smith Memorial Endowment honors Diana Smith’s legacy of service by supporting student loan debt relief for nurses and behavioral health professionals serving the Boyertown and Tri-County area. Your donation helps ease education-related debt for eligible professionals working in local schools and nonprofit behavioral health organizations, supporting recruitment and retention in roles our community needs. When you give, you help keep compassionate care close to home and strengthen the systems that support students, families, and neighbors every day. This fund powers the Behavioral Health & Registered Nurse Student Loan Assistance Program, a collaboration between the Foundation and Creative Health Services that runs every fall.

When you give, you provide flexible support that helps the Foundation coordinate with trusted partners, strengthen local organizations, and deliver timely assistance that protects residents today while building readiness for what comes next.

Pottstown Play Streets

Pottstown Play Streets is a seasonal program that temporarily closes neighborhood streets to traffic and transforms them into free community spaces for play, connection, and family-friendly activities. Your donation helps keep Play Streets free and accessible by supporting play equipment, activity supplies, outreach, and partner-led engagement that brings resources directly into neighborhoods. When you give, you help create safe places for children to play close to home, strengthen neighborhood relationships, and bring joy and connection to blocks across Pottstown.

School Wellness Initiative

The School Wellness Initiative supports healthier and more equitable learning environments by helping schools strengthen whole-child well-being in everyday practice. Your donation helps PRCF support educators as they integrate physical health, nutrition, mental wellness, social-emotional learning, and staff wellness through a multi-component approach that includes grants, professional learning, technical assistance, and a recognized wellness framework. When you give, you help ensure that students and staff have the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive, because wellness and learning go hand in hand.
